All carriers must check in no later than 8:00PM on Tuesday, January 19, 2027 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Shipments should arrive between Friday, December 11, 2026 and Monday, January 11, 2027.

The warehouse will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2026; Friday, December 25, 2026; and Friday, January 1, 2027, in observance of the holidays. 

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
